Banquet
Room Bookings Thank
you for expressing an interest in using the banquet facilities at Joe &
Mimma’s in Grafton. This outline
has been designed to acquaint you with what to expect when you book our banquet
room. 1.
The banquet room is booked on a first come first serve basis.
Please be sure to book as far in advance as possible as our room fills
quickly. The banquet room may only
be booked for parties of 25 or more. Please
ask about alternative space for smaller parties.
The facility will hold up to 80 people.
When you place a booking, there will be a $50 deposit collected in order
to complete your booking. At the
time of your party, this $50 will be used to provide garlic knots appetizers for
your party. The $50 deposit will not
be returned if you cancel your booking less than 4 weeks before the date of the
event so please be sure that you have a firm date when you place your booking.
All deposit returns will be made in the form of a Joe & Mimma’s
gift certificate. 2.
Special menus are provided for guests in our banquet room.
We can either provide you with buffet type dining or off the menu dining.
A copy of the appropriate menu can be seen at the time of your booking
and a copy of the menus can be obtained from the restaurant or off our website.
Buffet menu orders must be placed at least 1 week prior to the date of
the event. Parties wishing to order
off the banquet room menu can place the order ahead of time if time is a
concern. All orders must be in at
least 1 week prior to the event. 3.
A 20% gratuity will be charged to all banquet room orders.
If at any time during your party there is a problem with the service,
please be sure to contact the manager on duty so that we can correct situations
as they occur. 4.
Joe & Mimma’s will be happy to decorate the banquet room for your
party. There is a fee or $25 and up
for this service, depending on the type of decorations you choose.
Please be sure to let us know at least 1 week ahead of time so that we
may plan any decorating you desire. 5.
We are happy to allow you to bring in your own cake when you have a
party. There is a $10 fee for this
service which includes plates, forks and setup of a serving area for your cake.
If you have any other questions about foods that you would like to bring,
please talk to the person that books your party. 6.
When using our banquet facilities, coupons, discount cards, or other
special offers will not be accepted. Please
be sure to let all your guests know this ahead of time to avoid any
misunderstandings. 7. All bookings must be made with Anna, Janie or Mario. Any changes to your booking must also be made with them. Please call the restaurant at (757) 898-6612 for further information. |
